He has been able to apply the skills he learned in understanding the processes, and the related yield, utilization and efficiency, can be applied to other industries, from assembly, to services and agriculture. He has worked in small family businesses up to large multi-billion dollar international corporations, venture capital start-ups, rapidly growing businesses (5%/month), turn-arounds, and businesses for sale.

Tom has extensive software experience, including operational and data management, installation, upgrades, and recovery. He has numerous years of experience implementing lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, SPC, and problem solving as well as coordinating annual audit, tax return preparation and improving internal controls, policies and procedures. He is known for his accounting skills in costing, budgeting/forecasting, reporting and analysis, cash management and inventory.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Drake University. His dog enjoys Dock Dog Driving and is a NADD National Champion.
