Tammy has been an expert in the field of finance and accounting for nearly 30 years.  Having been in the roles of CFO and Controller over the past 20 years, she has proven ability to increase profitability and implement technologies and approaches resulting in efficiencies and a positive bottom line.   She has led all aspects of public audit related to IPO and played an integral role in investor relations, board selection and SEC matters (disclosures, financial statements, MD&A). Met Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) certification and other regulatory requirements.

Tammy has expertise in FP&A, risk management, contract negotiations and forecasting as well as financial modeling and analysis, mergers & acquisitions, process improvement and internal audit management.

Tammy holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Finance from Colorado State University. 
She has 2 children and loves outdoor activities such as camping and fishing.  She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling whenever she can get away.
