Ron has been an integral part of a finance team in recent years, overseeing a growing real estate development company from $150M to $250M over a 5-year period. Ron has served in the role of Controller, Accounting Manager, and Finance Accountant, from Vancouver, BC, Canada to Los Angeles, CA, within public companies and private organizations. It was there he demonstrated the ability to transition his skillset laterally, understanding the core financial principles that must be applied to any industry and workplace.

Successfully managing a team by personally focusing on the details is where Ron excels, with expertise in budgeting, cash flow management and reconciling the books. His roles throughout his career have given him the knowledge to provide accurate financial information to users including management and third parties. Excellent communication skills developed through personality, work experience, and positivity have emphasized professional communication skills within and outside the organization.

Ron enjoys spending time with his family, wife and two boys, yoga, staying active, traveling, and learning.
