CLIENT SUMMARYFamily-owned and operated group of real estate investment and construction ventures that’s owned and run by two fantastic brothers who are very active in the local market. Projects span from mixed-use to storage to government facilities and they are actively growing all three portfolios. The company has been around for decades and fosters a very family-oriented and modern culture.
POSITION SUMMARYThis is a broad-scoping role covering management of the complete job cost cycle, contract management, month-end accounting, fixed asset maintenance, draw package prep and more. Reporting to the Accounting Manager this position will get exposure to the CFO as well as full ownership of the end-to-end accounting process across multiple projects.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARYA degreed accountant (Bachelor’s highly preferred) with at least 3 years of experience in construction project accounting experience is required. On top of that, someone who is a team-player willing to wear many hats and who likes a collegial, family-oriented team environment where growth and innovation are sought will fit in.
