Philip has been an independent consultant specializing in financial and accounting information systems for over thirty years. He has extensive experience in the definition, design, implementation, and operation of financial, accounting, and management information/control systems. He is very knowledgeable in all operational aspects of accounting, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, Fixed Assets, Inventory Control, and Payroll. Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Philip was a Consulting Senior Manager with two different international public accounting firms.
 
As a consultant, Philip has worked with companies in a wide variety of industries, including wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, hospitality, financial, insurance, not for profit, natural resources, state local and tribal government, labor union, fishing, legal, IoT licensing, and publishing.
 
Philip holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the US Air Force Academy and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Denver.
