POSITION SUMMARYOur client’s Outsourced Accounting team is in need of a Generalist Accounting Manager to lead multiple client engagements. The role will include “soup to nuts” accounting functions in their shared staffing model, including: creating/reviewing financial statements, annual federal and state filings, payroll processing, bill pay, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger administration, bookkeeping and more.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARYSeeking a candidate with outsourced accounting experience and overall, at least 7 years of accounting experience with a minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting. This person needs to have full knowledge of the month-end close and financial reporting process as well as foundational shared services processes (A/P, A/R, payroll). A jump-in problem solving mindset will be most effective in this position and previous staff management experience is very nice to have.
