Monica is an entrepreneur who has been self-employed for almost two decades. For the last seven years, Monica has managed her own bookkeeping business, which has helped her to identify better with small business owners. Monica understands and values business owners’ needs and challenges. Her top priorities are accuracy and efficiency, which drive everything she does.
 
Monica is family-focused and when she’s not working she loves to be outside. Her hobbies include hiking, mountain biking, camping, yardwork, and off-roading. Monica is big-hearted and a fierce advocate for children and animals, both of which drive the non-profit work and volunteering she does regularly.
