Mindy is an accomplished Financial Controller and Director of Accounting with over 17 years of experience. Prior to moving to the PNW, she honed her accounting and finance skills at John Deere World Headquarters in Moline, IL, where she specialized in general ledger accounting, internal auditing, process improvements, ensuring audit readiness and SOX compliance.

Prior to joining ASP, Mindy was the Director of Accounting for IMN Holdings, a nationwide medical staffing company, supporting the company as it grew from thirty-three employees to over 112 employees in less than 18 months. She was responsible for reviewing the weekly payroll process, the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger data, and creating and presenting weekly sales reporting and monthly financial statements to management. She created and documented all the accounting department’s procedures and helped balance and organize job responsibilities of a constantly growing team of nine people. Mindy also managed the company’s ERP implementation project, from QuickBooks to NetSuite.

Mindy holds a master’s degree in accountancy from St. Ambrose University and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from University of Illinois. She enjoys learning new ERP systems and has extensive experience with several ERP’s, including QuickBooks Desktop and QBO, SAP, and NetSuite. Outside of work, she enjoys CrossFit and spending time with her three boys and two German Shepherds.
