May is an experienced accounting professional with over 15 years of successful management experience in various industries including software, records management, law firm, food brokerage, and financial services.

Prior to joining ASP, May was the Chief Compliance Officer for PayQuick, Inc. Before that, she was in the Compliance Department and served as the Accounting Manager at Moneytree, Inc. During her tenure at Moneytree, she was responsible for all accounts receivable, point of sales accounting, and reconciliation for the money service business and payday lender.

May holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Washington State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington. She is a certified anti-money laundering specialist, and a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor for both the Desktop and Online versions.
