Lynne Phelps is a hands-on manager with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience. She is skilled in the development and implementation of accounting systems, building accurate and efficient procedures, and maintaining precise records. She has expert analytical, personal, and communication skills, and is able to mentor and motivate staff. She is capable of handling multiple assignments, tight deadlines, and works well under pressure, which make her a key contributor to any team.
Prior to joining ASP, Lynne was the Controller and Director of Financial Analysis at Element Residential, a local residential construction company. She was responsible for all aspects of construction accounting, including fixed asset management for over 11 companies. She developed and revamped many accounting controls and processes, and identified $175,000 in savings and refunds for insurance, payroll, escrow fees, and utility expenses.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, with a concentration in Accounting, from the University of Washington.
