Lynda is a versatile accounting professional with extensive experience in the commercial real estate development and management industry. Her strong analytical skills drive profitability by providing insight and the tools necessary to reduce expenses and deliver outstanding internal and external client services. She is a proven leader with the ability to effectively supervise and train staff and to implement company-wide performance enhancement measures.

Prior to joining ASP, Lynda was the Client Accounting Manager at BGIS Global Integrated Solutions where she was responsible for client contract and data center analysis, all client billing functions, revenue recognition and SOX compliance. She supervised and trained staff on all billing processes and executed training for company-wide process improvements.

Lynda is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and took courses in accounting at Edmonds Community College.
