Lisa got her start as an accountant when she took over as a bookkeeper for a family-owned construction business over 20 years ago. Approximately 10 years later she expanded into the accounting field by opening her own bookkeeping business where she currently provides full-charge bookkeeping services to a variety of clients and industries including construction, several professional services, retail sales, rental properties, and non-profits. She has been responsible for setting up and maintaining books as well as monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting. She specializes in helping new businesses get started as well as financial clean-up and the establishment of new processes. Her goal is to help each client have a complete understanding of their books as well as be fully prepared for tax filings.
Before beginning her work in the accounting field, Lisa was an elementary school teacher. She received her bachelor’s degree and teaching certification from the University of Washington. She previously taught in the Shoreline School District and at Northshore Christian Academy. Family is her foundation and highest priority. She enjoys spending time with her husband and young adult children. |
