Laura has nearly 30 years of experience as an Accountant and Bookkeeper in private and public finance, including owning her own accounting and bookkeeping service for the last 15 years. She has worked in a wide variety of industries from tiny coffee kiosks to companies with as many as 15 entities. Laura is highly skilled in all phases of bookkeeping and accounting including personal, corporate, and not-for-profit returns.

Laura has found creative ways to streamline processes and save companies money and time. She has a lot of experience helping struggling companies collect large amounts of past-due receipts or get them caught up quickly when they are years behind. As a Certified QuickBooks Online Expert, Laura has converted many clients from the desktop version of QuickBooks to QuickBooks Online.

A lifelong singer, songwriter and guitar player, Laura has a CD single that has raised thousands for animal shelters. She has also volunteered with numerous shelters. Laura shares her home with a gigantic Landseer Newfoundland dog, cats, and ferrets. Laura enjoys organic gardening, exploring the outdoors, watercolor painting and recently performed in her first play.
