Joyce is a former banker specializing in trust administration and investment management.  For the previous 20+ years she founded and managed her own bookkeeping and business consulting practice, working with a wide range of clients, including creative firms, engineers, architects, attorneys and software developers.
In addition to proficiency in preparing financial reports and performing all aspects of financial administration, Joyce has skills and experience in the area of sales and marketing for several large companies including Marriott Corporation and Bank of America.  She has been involved in both the expansion by acquisition and the sale of several privately-held businesses and understands the due diligence process from both the seller’s and the acquirer’s point of view.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from West Virginia University and an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from North Seattle College.

Joyce is an avid bridge-player and frequently takes on DIY home improvement projects in her free time.
