Jay is a versatile, dynamic accounting professional with experience in senior financial and operational leadership roles in the non-profit, hospitality, real estate, and utilities sectors. He can improve productivity by providing the insight, guidance, and tools necessary to promote strong teamwork, ensure timely completion of critical projects, and implement internal controls and operating procedures to maximize efficiency. He is skilled in his abilities to manage competing responsibilities, set priorities, communicate effectively, and perform in the context of limited time frames and demanding situations.

Prior to joining ASP, Jay was an independent consultant providing business advisory and emergency training services to a diverse group of organizations. He has served as CFO, Controller, and Business Manager to various organizations including Quileute Tribal School, North Pacific Expediting, Inc., and Family Services of King County. He is currently a Disaster Assistance Employee and Reservist with FEMA.

Jay is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BA in Accounting (Cum Laude) from Washington State University.
