CLIENT SUMMARY


Our client is a central Washington-based manufacturing firm with multiple facilities throughout Washington and Oregon. They are dedicated to teamwork which applies just as much to their customer relationships as it does to their employee family. Their commitment to operational expertise and advanced technology has helped them build their business geared towards seamlessly adjusting to the future’s changing demands. 

POSITION SUMMARY


Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the FP&A Manager will be a key member of the Accounting Team that generates the company’s financial forecast, analyzes and explains the company’s financial results and KPI’s for key business decision makers. This position requires a strong understanding of US GAAP for the purpose of diving into and explaining financial results, creating metrics and presenting to non-financial stakeholders. Simply put, this position is the company’s key member of bridging the gap between US GAAP and management reporting.  

Position pays between $110-130k and offers medical, dental vision, time off and retirement benefits. 

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA credentials preferred.
  • A foundation of experience in accounting management with emphasis on applied knowledge of USGAAP compliance.
  • Successful leadership experience.
  • Experience leading FP&A for a similarly sized company is preferred, otherwise, strong desire to move from Accounting into an FP&A position.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment and lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and project coordination/management
