He has strong accounting operations skills, audit workup, and growing companies for merger / acquisition. He has managed accounting department staffs (clerical and professional), as well as muti-state payrolls and benefits.

Douglas earned his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at the University of Washington, Foster School of Business. He is a CPA Certificate Holder (Currently Inactive). He is proficient in accounting systems such as Sage, MAS90, Oracle, Great Plains, QuickBooks, Avalara for Tax, Jack Henry, InfoLease, JD Edwards, Aptean Intuitive, Foundation and a recent conversion to NetSuite.
