Dana is an accomplished Senior Accountant with over fifteen years of experience in various aspects of financial and management accounting. She drives efficiency and productivity by providing the insight, guidance and analysis necessary to streamline month-end practices, document procedures, implement process improvements and supervise staff to provide them with tools for better time management and workload distribution.

Prior to joining ASP, Dana was a Project Consultant with Robert Half Resource Management. While there, she was responsible for year-end audit review and preparation of financial reports for investors and stockholders; and wrote and implemented accounting procedures that resulted in a streamlined process and reduced the number of required month-end closing days from eight to five. Prior to that, Dana was Assistant Controller at Diamond Parking where she supervised all day-to-day accounting operations.

Dana holds an MBA from the University of Baltimore with a focus on leadership and organizational behavior and a B.S. in accounting and finance from the University of West Romania College of Economic Science.
