CLIENT SUMMARY

Washington’s largest private provider of mental and behavioral health treatment, they provide eight types of service in both an in-patient and out-patient capacity, serving people in need throughout the region. Almost 25 years in business, this owner-run company has been growing their service offerings and locations to include facilities in eight cities across Washington.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Controller position oversees all accounting functions for all locations as well as manages a team at their corporate HQ in Spokane, WA. With strong needs in accounting operations including billing (including Medicaid), Electronic Health Record management and reporting, financial statement preparation, payroll and payables review and leading audit and compliance this is a hands-on position. 

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • At least 7 years of progressive corporate, for-profit accounting experience
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare setting with exposure to Medicaid billing.
  • CPA license highly preferred
  • Team management experience and desire to develop a team of degreed and non-degreed accountants.
  • Growth-minded, passionate about the industry and desire to find a home in this company
