CLIENT SUMMARYOur client is a specialty private-label manufacturing company whose clients include some of the biggest brands in the world. This family-owned and operated company has 150 employees and growing revenues as they continue to innovate across multiple product lines. They have a large manufacturing and corporate site in Kent, WA.
POSITION SUMMARYThe Controller will be the company’s #1 level accounting/finance employee and will manage GL accounting, financial reporting, FP&A, HR, payroll, and benefits. Managing a small accounting team, the strategic focus will be on creating effective controls over inventory aging and financial control of their margins.
QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARYOur client is seeking a highly experienced and tenured manufacturing accounting leader with experience in businesses not less than $20M in size. The ideal candidate will have areas of expertise in inventory aging and management and a desire to work in a hands-on capacity with the family on a daily basis.
