CLIENT SUMMARY

Our client is a $30M+, high-growth SaaS company that creates web-based tools to empower real estate agents. Their products have all been built from the ground up and are grounded in their real estate business origins, meaning the all keep their end-use customer in mind from ideation to execution. With two suites of services and eight overall products, they are in growth mode, both organic and via acquisition. 

POSITION SUMMARY

The Controller will report to a tenured CFO and will run all aspects of Accounting: GL, close, financial reporting, policy, controls, commissions and will manage a team of four. This person will be a leader in helping to identify and implement process efficiencies and improvements as they arise, especially with regard to helping the business and department scale as they grow. 

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

Requiring a degreed Accountant, they are seeking someone with direct SaaS industry accounting experience, preferably at the Accounting Manager or Controller levels. This role also requires a ‘debits and credits expert’ and it is preferable to have someone with international accounting, acquisition integration and ERP system implementation experience. As this position manages a team, this person also needs to have prior experience and a deep desire to lead a small group.
