Based in Seattle, they serve their clients primarily in King and Snohomish counties. The Accounting Manager is a key member of the Accounting and Finance team, sitting strategically between the CFO and the support team of 3. Their responsibility will be to provide operational leadership to the entire team while maintaining appropriate financial policies and procedures. They will actively collaborate across the organization with multiple levels to ensure timely and effective understanding of financial information. Leading close, financial reporting and review of GL accounting, payroll, reconciliations and treasury, this person will also oversee the annual audits, accounting system improvements and implementations and some compliance.
Base salary range for this role is $90-110k and medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits are provided.
