CLIENT SUMMARY

Headquartered in the Seattle area since 1955, our client is an established professional consulting engineering firm. They are a multi disciplined firm doing global business for both Fortune 500 and municipal clients.  The company works on projects in the education, healthcare, commercial, civic and retail sectors.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Finance Team Lead will report up to a strong Director of Finance and is a part of a small, dedicated team and will be the company’s main payroll person. This person will be tasked with accurate execution of payroll, employee expenses, billing setup and execution, healthcare and insurance enrollment, and assisting in month end financial closing documentation.

Base salary range for this role is $110-130k and medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits are provided.

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY

The following are near requirements for all applicants:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance
  • Solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel preferred
  • Experience in use of database applications preferred including SQL database capability is a plus
  • Experience in professional services accounting software applications preferred
