Tom has over 35 years of experience in accounting, human resources, office management, and overall business management. He has been the owner and operator of four small businesses for the past 20 years where he took on responsibilities as the bookkeeper, payroll supervisor, human resources manager and IT support team. He is detail-oriented, efficient, and organized. He possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a relentless work ethic. He is an experienced leader with a strong track record working with start-up and small businesses.

Tom has a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Arizona. He and his wife live in Auburn where they raised four children. His favorite hobby is visiting his children who are scattered across the US (Atlanta; Madison, WI; Tucson, AZ; and Burien). He also enjoys being outside, especially on the grill.
