Shawna is an accomplished financial professional currently serving a consultant with ASP, and as the Controller at DuBois Levias Law Group in Seattle, WA. In this role, she manages all accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and trust accounting. She is dedicated to preparing accurate financial statements and budgets while closely monitoring cash flow and collaborating with legal teams to ensure seamless billing processes.
Prior to this position, Shawna began her career at Coyote as a Support Specialist, where she honed her skills in customer service and software troubleshooting. This foundational role was crucial in shaping her expertise, as it allowed her to develop a deep understanding of client needs and the intricacies of the software. By effectively diagnosing and resolving issues, Shawna built strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence.

With a strong background in technical support, she transitioned to the role of Senior Implementation Consultant, where she led end-to-end software implementations. In this capacity, Shawna became adept at translating complex client requirements into effective solutions, ensuring that the software aligned perfectly with their operational goals. Her ability to analyze needs and customize implementations not only streamlined processes but also significantly enhanced user satisfaction.

Holding a master’s degree in accounting and financial management from DeVry University and a bachelor’s degree in business management and international business from Seattle University, Shawna combines strong analytical skills with exceptional leadership abilities. Outside of work, Shawna is deeply committed to community engagement as a 4-H leader and board member for the King County 4-H Association. She also serves on the board of the Puget Sound Association of Legal Administrators and mentors students at Seattle University. As a dedicated parent, she actively supports her children’s activities, including volunteering with the high school dance team. Shawna is also involved with her local church community.
