With over 18 years’ experience in accounting working as a Bookkeeper, Tax Accountant, Controller and Senior Accountant in Denver, CO, Shantel is dedicated to detail and efficiency. Known for her quick thinking, she is a person who will tackle a project and organize her steps with excellence. She prospers in any environment with little to no additional guidance in reconciliations, transactional classifications, month-end close, and overall financial view. She has worked with non-profit industry as well as the restaurant industry such Red Robin Gourmet Burgers where she started from an Accounts Payable Specialist to a Tax Accountant. In addition, she has worked as an entrepreneur helping over 8 small businesses grow successfully with detailed financials.

Shantel loves spending time with her husband traveling, working in the yard, and knitting in the winter. She also enjoys reading suspense novels.
