Shanelle brings over 20 years of accounting experience in a variety of industries including tax, public accounting, automotive, real estate, manufacturing, and business services industries, including startups.
 
Most recently, Shanelle has provided outsourced CFO and accounting services for startups and small and mid-sized businesses, ensuring records are kept in compliance with GAAP and keeping IRS regulations in mind.  She develops and streamlines accounting procedures while reporting to business owners and contributing to their decision-making processes.   She has managed all aspects of accounting and HR for multiple companies.
