Robert Mitchell is an accomplished, hands-on accounting and finance leader with over ten years of experience working with small and medium size businesses in various sectors including non-profit, financial services and healthcare. Robert contributes to profitability by designing and implementing cost-saving business solutions while consistently generating efficiencies through a strong focus on process improvement and effective internal reporting.
In his role as an Accounting Consultant, Robert served as Accounting Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company with over $200B in revenue. While there, he executed a contract database project which enablied the business to achieve better tracking of marketing effectiveness across over 2,000 clients and $750 million in revenue. Prior to that role Robert was an Assistant Controller at World Food Holdings/Puris. While there, he was responsible for all month-end closing activities including account reconciliation, supporting schedule and depreciation table maintenance, and variance analysis. Robert holds an Accounting Certificate Level II from the University of Minnesota and a B.S. in Cultural Studies from Simpson University. |
