Nina brings over 14 years of accounting experience with a focus in commercial and multifamily property management and retail. She thrives in environments where process improvement, documentation and training are needed. Nina is an experienced leader focused on creating scalable process flows with efficiency and accuracy in mind.
 
Prior to joining the ASP team, Nina worked at Columbia Hospitality where she spearheaded their Yardi implementation and designed process flows while training staff on the new software platform. She is highly knowledgeable regarding Yardi systems and has been a system and lease administrator for several years.
 
Nina currently holds an Associates of Science in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University and is pursuing her bachelor’s degree.
