Neela is a seasoned, detail-oriented accounting professional with nearly 18 years of full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping experience. She has worked in various industries including home decor, retail, professional services, marketing services, health care and manufacturing. Her expertise includes leading accounting departments, preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing month-end close processes, operational accounting, reconciliations, book clean-up, and developing accounting processes and policies. She effectively manages multiple accounting responsibilities while maintaining proper controls. Neela has served as a Senior Accountant and Controller in various fractional roles for distribution and retail organizations.

Neela, Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada), Certified General Accountant (Canada), also holds a Bachelor of Commerce from India, where she grew up.

Neela moved to Littleton, Colorado in 2024. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
