With over 15 years of accounting experience, Laura brings a strong background in helping organizations strengthen their financial operations and improve accounting processes. Her experience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, professional services, non-profits, consumer goods, and manufacturing. She enjoys supporting purpose-driven organizations such as non-profits and B-Corp certified companies, helping them balance impact and profit.

Laura’s journey into accounting began in internal audit and progressed into accounting operations and financial reporting, advancing from Staff Accountant to Controller. She has held key leadership roles at companies such as CareOregon, Fully LLC, and Stumptown Coffee Roasters, where she led major process improvements, implemented ERP systems, refined close cycles, and built reporting infrastructures that support transparency and informed decision-making.

She holds a master’s degree in accounting and remains actively engaged with the latest developments in GAAP and financial technology. Outside of work, Laura enjoys skiing, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and rescue pup, Penny.
