Kerri is a Fractional Controller and Accounting & Financial Operations Consultant with more than 15 years of accounting experience. She has worked with startups, growing businesses, and multi-entity organizations across technology, research, manufacturing, and service-based industries. Her background includes full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial reporting and analysis, accounts payable, GAAP compliance, audit support, ERP implementations, and process improvement. Her career includes roles at organizations such as Techstars and John Bean Technologies, and she holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Southern College.

Kerri is comfortable working at both the controller level and in the details. She enjoys digging into the numbers, asking questions, and understanding what is happening behind them. Whether she's reviewing financial statements, working through difficult reconciliations, cleaning up historical accounting, improving a process, or helping implement a new system, she takes a practical approach to figuring out what needs to be done and getting it done.

Kerri believes accounting tells a business story. The numbers show where a company has been, what's happening now, and where something may need a little more attention. For her, good accounting isn't just about getting the numbers right. It's about understanding the business and the people behind it and giving leadership financial information they can actually use. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys spending quality time with her son, gravel biking, and playing music.
