Katrina Myers is a seasoned accounting and finance professional with 16 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, she has gained comprehensive expertise across all accounting functions, having started as an Accounting Assistant and advancing up to Controller. In her work managing a HVAC Service and Construction company, Katrina partnering closely with the business owner to develop and streamline key financial and operational processes.

Katrina’s dual experience as both Operations Manager and Finance Manager provides her with a unique perspective on business strategy. She is skilled at aligning financial objectives with broader business goals, ensuring long-term success. Her hands-on experience in a fast-growing small business has given her a deep understanding of the importance of future planning, allowing her to anticipate and address the company’s evolving financial needs.

Katrina holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism and communication from the University of Oregon and is currently pursuing a Post-Baccalaureate Accounting Certification from Portland State University.
