Karrie is a seasoned Controller and CFO with more than 25 years of experience supporting organizations across the nonprofit, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, winery, and specialty retail sectors. She started her career in the technology startup space and recently helped guide a client through a successful Series A funding round. Karrie brings deep expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, audit preparation, equity funding and tracking, grant compliance, and accounting system implementations. She is known for providing strategic financial leadership while building scalable processes that support organizational growth.

Throughout her career, Karrie has held leadership roles as a CFO, Controller, and financial consultant. She served as CFO for a local construction company, spent more than seven years as a Consulting Controller, and gained valuable public accounting experience with a CPA firm in Bend, Oregon. Her broad background allows her to quickly understand complex business challenges and deliver practical, results-oriented financial solutions that help organizations improve performance and achieve their goals.

Over the past four years, Karrie has operated her own CFO consulting practice, partnering primarily with nonprofit healthcare organizations. She has experience working with organizations that have grant-funded programs through the Oregon Health Authority and Multnomah County. Her ability to bridge financial stewardship with mission-driven objectives has made her a trusted advisor to nonprofit leadership teams and boards.

Karrie has spent her life in the Pacific Northwest and now resides in Ridgefield, Washington. When she is not helping clients navigate financial challenges, she enjoys cheering on the Oregon Ducks, cross-stitching, and spending time with her Pomeranian, Versace, who keeps her busy.
