Jessica has been in the accounting industry for almost 15 years, starting her career in the construction industry. Afterwards, she began working with an accounting firm in Vancouver, WA providing accounting services to small-medium sized businesses. While working at this firm Jessica knew one day she wanted to become a business owner, creating her own accounting business to offer similar services. In March of 2023 Jessica took the plunge and opened Checkered Flag Accounting. Since then, she has steadily grown by referrals from existing clients, CPA's, other professional connections, and consulting with various firms. 
 
Jessica partners with her clients, focusing on becoming an asset to their business. She strives to provide clear and concise reporting to help her clients make better financial decisions. She has experience across many different industries, including but not limited to Construction, Health Care, Cannabis, Solar, Restaurant/Bar, Salon, Trucking, Residential Care Providers, Content Creators, Education Providers, and Rental Management.
 
In her free time, Jessica likes to go off-road Jeep racing, quad riding at the dunes, and spend time with her close family and friends. She has served on the board as the Membership Chair for a non-profit that supports outdoor recreation. She loves to travel, experience new places, and try new food!
