Jason is an accomplished finance executive with over 12 years of comprehensive experience in financial management, operational excellence, and strategic leadership. Having worked in diverse sectors, Jason has proven expertise in managing complex financial operations, guiding organizations through mergers and acquisitions, and driving significant financial transformation.
 
Prior to joining ASP, Jason worked in the renewable energy industry as Interim CFO, VP of Finance, and Controller where he helped grow revenue from $18M - $250M in three years. Prior to that, Jason spent over seven years with Moss Adams, LLP as an Audit Manager primarily in the manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, and agriculture industries.
 
Jason is a licensed CPA in Washington and earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Central Washington University. Jason lives in Spokane Washington with his wife and daughter where they enjoy playing softball, golfing, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors throughout the pacific northwest.
