Heidi has worked in the accounting industry for over 21 years and is a quality-driven professional with meticulous attention to detail while managing all projects from conception through completion. She is resilient and incorporates a hands-on approach and management experience in all aspects of Accounting, Finance, Accounting Systems, Payroll, Payroll Systems, Human Resources, and HRIS Systems. She can maximize return on investments by quickly identifying areas of improvement and implementing innovative strategies. Her commitment and dedication to the companies she served has allowed her to provide broad support beyond the historical accounting operation functions.

Heidi is an articulate communicator and leader with strong presentation skills who emphasizes building and maintaining organizational relationships, identifying and leveraging individual strengths, and representing shared company values. She is passionate about mentoring, teaching, and helping organizations and people reach their next level and realize their full growth potential.

Prior to joining ASP, Heidi was the Controller and Director of Payroll and Human Resources for Tristar Companies, Incorporated, a multi entity supply chain and logistics company. She managed all facets of accounting, finance, payroll, and human resources for four companies located in California, Oregon, and Washington. Heidi began her accounting career working as an operations assistant and accounts receivable clerk at Muzak. Working in both the operations and accounting departments at Muzak provided valuable insight into larger organizational operational procedures including purchasing, inventory management, and installation and servicing technician scheduling. After Muzak, she held roles outside of the accounting field which provided the opportunity to gain additional insight into overall business structure and operations. Because of her diverse industry experience, she can comfortably enter any organization and understand the accounting and operational flow of business. She has also held roles as an Assistant Controller, Accountant, Staff Accountant, and Bookkeeper.

Heidi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington State University. She is passionate about serving her community and actively volunteers on a weekly basis at a non-profit outreach facility as an outreach coordinator connecting community members to resources and provisions needed to improve their quality of life. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, walking with her dogs, traveling, and doing a variety of outdoor activities.
