Gurmit has served as Senior Accountant Lead, Accounting Manager, and Assistant Controller for companies across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. Over her career, she has led accounting teams, streamlined payroll and benefits administration, overseen audits, and implemented financial processes that improved accuracy and reduced costs. Her expertise spans full-cycle accounting, cash flow management, payroll, internal audits, and variance analysis.
 
Gurmit is a detail-oriented accounting professional with a deep commitment to integrity and transparency. Guided by her faith, she approaches every financial challenge with honesty, ensuring all processes adhere to ethical standards. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Colorado – Boulder with a double major in both Accounting and Finance. She resides in North Denver with her husband and two children and truly enjoys and cherishes spending quality time with them and her extended family!
