Ella is a bookkeeping professional with over 20 years of experience managing small business books. She began her career in a tax and accounting firm, where she specialized in preparing financial statements for tax accountants- a role that gave her a strong foundation in maintaining accurate and audit-ready financials. She is proficient in full-charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation. Her range of accounting experience includes business industries such as restaurant/food service, automotive, general contractors, mortgage brokers, landlords and more. 
 
Due to her broad experience Ella can quickly understand new processes. Even in situations where prior documentation was limited or unavailable she has assessed how tasks were previously handled and ensured continuity. This adaptability has allowed her to step into new roles as a bookkeeper with minimal training and contribute effectively.
 
Ella lives in Vancouver, Washington. In her free time, she relishes walking with friends, listening to audio books and watching movies with her kids, learning to dance with her husband, and helping her kids with their college math classes.
