Carrie has over 10 years of progressive accounting experience within the food manufacturing industry. An efficient and effective accountant, she is highly skilled in inventory management and reconciliation, and software upgrades and implementation. Her analytical skills, time management, and keen attention to detail help drive reliable, profitable results.
Carrie has also taken on non-accounting projects including implementing software upgrades, equipment testing and training, and inventory reconciliation. Software upgrades included handheld equipment testing and training for both DSD delivery routes as well as internally for four local warehouses and the implementation of a Microsoft D365 upgrade, where she validated source data and tested communications between multiple new programs. Carrie was also heavily involved in inventory reconciliation, validating inter-company transfers for accuracy, researching discrepancies, and updating the ERP as necessary. She worked with the Facility Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Senior Finance Analyst during monthly Finished Goods and Raw Materials physical count to ensure totals were accurate, entered efficiently and correctly, and worked to thoroughly document all issues and changes. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Governors University. |
