Caroline is an accomplished accounting leader with over fifteen years of experience in the non-profit, childcare, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, manufacturing, and construction industries. She is skilled at effectively streamlining accounting processes and financial reporting systems to increase accuracy and efficiency.

Prior to joining Accounting Solutions Partners, Caroline was the Senior Accountant at Kids Company. While there, she implemented and streamlined internal controls, converted financial statements from MIP to Excel, and converted revenue reports from ProCare to Excel. Prior to Kids Company, she was the Staff Accountant at the Center for Wooden Boats, where she worked closely on all accounting duties, grants administration, payroll, and employee benefits.

Caroline earned her Master’s degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University, completed accounting studies at Central Washington University, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Makerere University in Uganda.
