Bryson brings more than two decades of experience in banking, financial leadership, strategic advisory services, and executive management. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with privately held and middle-market companies, helping leadership teams navigate growth, improve financial performance, optimize operations, and execute strategic initiatives.

Most recently, Bryson served as Managing Director of a Texas-based consulting and advisory firm focused on helping privately held businesses accelerate growth and improve enterprise value. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a multi-state organization generating more than $1 billion in annual revenue, where he led transformational initiatives across finance, operations, capital structure, technology, and strategic planning.

Bryson has also been deeply involved in the Texas business community, having served as Board Chair of the Dallas/Fort Worth chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), one of the nation’s leading organizations connecting business leaders, investors, and advisors.
