Amy is a finance professional with over a decade of experience in roles including Bookkeeper, Administration, Operations Manager, and Controller. She has financial and operational knowledge of the manufacturing, real estate, construction, and hospitality industries. Amy finds joy in helping her clients navigate the complexities of financial management and operational efficiency to attain their goals and safeguard the financial health of the organization. She has a client-based approach with a willingness and an ability to be flexible, learn new methods or procedures, and shift priorities in response to the demands of a situation.
Before ASP, Amy was the Operations Manager and Controller for a gourmet specialty food distributor. While there she managed payables and receivables, oversaw sales, reporting, and inventory tracking. Amy also developed detailed plans for budgeting and forecasting, implemented new systems and procedures to streamline the inventory systems and provide transparent and accurate reporting. Amy’s years of experience in operations management has allowed her to also gain knowledge and improve many vital skills like problem solving, communication, networking and time management. These skills have aided in helping her build strong customer and vendor partnerships, develop and implement strategies to optimize operations.
