Aletha Salcedo has over 19 years of experience with the bookkeeping and operations of small businesses and non-profits in diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environments. She has helped a variety of companies and non-profits clean up, create, and systemize their accounting, business infrastructure, and workflows for better communication, efficiency, and cost savings. Having worked within various legal entities, her broad experience has encompassed medical offices, various non-profits (engineering, churches, civic associations), general contracting, millwork, real estate development, excavation, masonry, food service and others. Aletha possesses strong leadership skills and the patience to cultivate a healthy work environment. She doesn’t just focus on her own responsibilities but pushes herself to see how what she does affects the organization as a whole and instinctively anticipates needs, risks, and areas for improvement. Aletha has demonstrated reliable, high-quality work while looking to grow her base of knowledge. She can prioritize competing responsibilities and daily tasks, having experience in hybrid or remote jobs for many years. Aletha is flexibility with “in the moment” issues and finding workable solutions quickly.
Aletha has lived in Colorado since 2011 and enjoys the blue skies, mountains, and warm nature of its people. She loves spending time with her husband of over 30 years, her three adult children, grandchildren, and friends. She is drawn to volunteering and investing in the lives of those she encounters. Aletha also enjoys road trips, traveling, language learning, and exploring her creative side. |
